Wilshire Home Entertainment greatly appreciates the support of our clients. We’ve taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world for you, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of pleasure. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.

We employ service technicians who are especially efficient at trouble shooting the systems we install. Should you need service please call our main number, (805) 497-7536 and ask for our Service Coordinator. Our Service Coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.

Wilshire Home Entertainment warranties our installation labor for a period of one year. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and is subject to those terms and conditions. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Wilshire Home Entertainment is also not covered by warranty.
