Sony introduces 3D-Capable A/V receiver

After Sony’s recent introduction of new 3D TVs and 3D Blu-ray players, they’ve followed those products with their first 3D-capable A/V receiver featuring HDMI 1.4 3D pass-through technology. The STR-DN1010 is for those who need to pass through 3D video while internally decoding high resolution audio. The new 7.1 A/V receiver has 110 watts per channel, four HDMI ports, support for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, upscaling of any video source to 1080p, support for Sony’s S-AIR wireless system, and a Digital Media Port for iPod docks and other accessories.
