To our Clients:
Wilshire is OPEN for business and here to serve you during this uncertain time, with a few changes and updates:
- We are suspending all in person Client appointments to limit exposure to others
- Showroom/ Office is closed to Walk in Clients
- We can Schedule a local delivery or office pickup for some products
- New Projects – We are able to do Remote Consultations via phone, video, and email.
- Service – We are in office daily 9-5pm to assist with service issues and troubleshooting.
- Installation – While crew are not going into homes, we are doing pre-assembly work in our new production area
- Wilshire may continue work and is exempt from State orders as part of the IT Sector
- We are disinfecting all incoming packages, cleaning office daily
- We have 65% of our staff working remotely
- We have purchased an extra 60 days of inventory to mitigate any supplier issues
- We launched Remote service plans at the beginning of 2020. With a new appliance, we can monitor and solve dozens of issues proactively without the need to enter your home- please call us for details
- We expect to make a full recovery from this health and economic challenge
