Project Management
In addition to your Project Designer, every project regardless of size is assigned a Project Manager. The Project Manager’s job is to ensure that your project runs smoothly with a focus on you receiving the best final product. The Project Manager coordinates all participants involved on a project, whether it is a simple flat-screen installation or a complex job requiring interaction with contractors and sub-contractors.
Our Project Managers oversee a team of installers, programmers, and technicians. They are problem solvers and the communicator on the job. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the project remains on schedule and on budget.
