Position: Systems Designer
Hiring for a skilled System Designer that is a self-starting, persuasive, service-oriented, and disciplined sales account specialist to join our proven customer management team. A pro in attitude, accuracy and follow-through who can create, manage, and grow new and existing relationships, connect with people, communicate effectively, and wow our customers. A proven track record in account management is expected.
Responsibilities Include…
- Sales: Develop new clients, follow up on all leads generated by the retail sales department, and obtain referrals from past customers.
- Expand business in the new home market and in business enterprises
- Coordinate: Schedule projects with custom department and customer
- Objective: Achieve or exceed sales goals
- Oversee: Follow-up on open proposals, customer billing and payment collection, final walk-through, and customer calls after installation
Job Qualifications…
- Interest and/or knowledge in high performance audio, home automation, and lighting control
- Experience: Sales experience preferred
- Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday through Saturday
Compensation and Benefits…
- Salary Range: Hourly base + commission based on performance

Position: Audio Video Low Voltage Technician
Hiring for entry level, experienced, and lead technicians. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is excited to learn and grow with our company. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience. Basic experience in home theater installation and home automation, Electrical, Residential Construction, and Security installation backgrounds are a plus. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. Responsibilities include…
- Review: The project design, inspect the job site with team leader or project manager.
- Install: The wiring, the equipment, test system thoroughly and complete all items on the punch list.
- Programming: Program remotes such as Savant and URC
- Maintain: The company vehicle and its inventory, (tools and supplies).
- Train: The customer in the use of the system.
- Attitude: Maintain a professional attitude throughout the entire day with customers and co-workers
Job Qualifications…
- Experience: Skilled in working with tools, hand, and power. General construction knowledge & experience. Network knowledge.
- Schedule: Full Time
- Requirements: Must have a current driver’s license
